Onesource Global Trade - Issue with Receiving CBP Replies

Identified - We have identified the issue. It is a known issue on the Census side that CBP developers are currently working to resolve. We do not have an ETA on resolution at this time, but we are closely monitoring it and working with CBP. We will provide updates when we have them. Please continue to use the workaround provided below.

Until this issue is resolved, clients need to request the reply file from their CBP rep and then reach out to Customer Support (IntegrationPoint@ThomsonReuters.com) to assist with getting that imported into the application.

Investigating - Thomson Reuters is investigating an issue where replies (Census Override CO and AD/CV (AC) query replies) are not being received in the GTM system. We are actively working with CBP to get this corrected. Until this issue is resolved, clients need to request the reply file from their CBP rep and then reach out to Customer Support (IntegrationPoint@ThomsonReuters.com) to assist with getting that imported into the application.

2. In the address bar there will be a padlock to the left of the URL. Click on the padlock
3. This will give you a drop down, choose Connection is secure option.
4. Then click the certificate icon in the upper right corner . This will give you a pop-up.
5. Click Details tab, and then export in the bottom right corner to download/export the updated certificate.

PLEASE NOTE – the new certificate you download/export should have an expiration date of February 2027. If it doesn’t, please try again as you may have tried to download before we were able to deploy the new certificate.
