We do not have an ETA on resolution at this time, but we are closely monitoring it and working with CBP. We will provide updates when we have them. Please continue to use the workaround provided below.
Until this issue is resolved, clients need to request the reply file from their CBP rep and then reach out to Customer Support (IntegrationPoint@ThomsonReuters.com) to assist with getting that imported into the application.

Investigating - Thomson Reuters is investigating an issue where replies (Census Override CO and AD/CV (AC) query replies) are not being received in the GTM system.
