Please note this certificate has now been updated. Please follow the instructions below to get the new certificate.

Steps to update:
1) To retrieve the updated certificate, you navigate to the endpoint in a browser. (example: https://CLIENTNAME.integrationpoint.net)
2) In the address bar there will be a padlock to the left of the URL. Click on the padlock
3) This will give you a drop down, choose Connection is secure option.
4) Then click the certificate icon in the upper right corner . This will give you a pop-up.
5) Click Details tab, and then export in the bottom right corner to download/export the updated certificate.

We will be updating the Integration Point wildcard/SSL certificate on August 18, 2025, at 8 PM Eastern. After this update, if you have certificates hard coded in your ERP or feed systems, you will need to download the new certificate. Please wait until after 8 pm Eastern on the 18th to attempt this download.

PLEASE NOTE – the new certificate you download/export should have an expiration date of 2026. If it doesn’t, please try again as you may have tried to download before we were able to deploy the new certificate.
