Thomson Reuters will be performing an unplanned maintenance on Sunday, May 24th starting at 12:00 PM Eastern for the EU AWS region. This maintenance is to upgrade database versions for required back-end services. During this time, clients hosted in the EU AWS region will be able to login to their GTM instance, however, will not be able to perform any operation that involves downloading and/or uploading documents or kick off backend services such as workflows. This maintenance will take approximately 1 hour to complete.
