The certificate for the gtm.onesourcetax.com URL was updated on July 19, 2026. If you have certificates hard coded in your ERP or feed systems, you will need to download the new certificate using the instructions below.
Steps to update:
1) To retrieve the updated certificate, you navigate to the endpoint (https://gtm.onesourcetax.com) in a browser.
2) In the address bar there will be a padlock to the left of the URL. Click on the padlock
3) This will give you a drop down, choose Connection is secure option.
4) Then click the certificate icon in the upper right corner . This will give you a pop-up.
5) Click Details tab, and then export in the bottom right corner to download/export the updated certificate.
PLEASE NOTE – the new certificate you download/export should have an expiration date of 2027.
If you are still unable to download the correct certificate, please reach out via email to IntegrationPoint@ThomsonReuters.com for further support.
