Thomson Reuters deploys monthly security patches for the servers into the UAT and production environments for ONESOURCE Determination – Original cloud in the EMEA region.
During the maintenance window, you will be able to access the ONESOURCE Determination tax engine. However, half an hour prior to the start time of the maintenance window, you might experience a loss of connectivity of no more than two minutes due to the switchover of the servers to the mirror servers.
