We will be performing essential database maintenance on ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination Enterprise Cloud in the UAT environment on Saturday, June 13, 2026. We've grouped several planned activities into one coordinated window to minimize disruption.
When:
- Maintenance window: Saturday, June 13, 2026, 3:00 AM – 9:00 AM CDT
- Expected downtime: 3:00 AM – 5:00 AM CDT (a 2-hour window within the broader maintenance period)
What to expect:
During the downtime window, the Determination user interface will be temporarily unavailable, so users will not be able to sign in or use UI-based features.
API services, including real-time tax calculations, will continue to run normally and will not be affected.
