We experienced elevated latencies with the OAuth service in the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax Determination Enterprise Cloud, impacting the AMER PROD and OCI PROD environments between 2:00 PM CT and 4:13 PM CT on July 24, 2026. Additionally, the IndirectTax UI was unavailable between 2:40 PM CT and 3:15 PM CT during this window. The issue has since been fully mitigated, and all services are currently operating normally.
