ONESOURCE Determination Enterprise Cloud (AMER-OCI) - We are performing a maintenance activity in the PROD environment on February 05, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM ET. During the period between the PROD deployment (February 4th) and the completion of this maintenance activity, tax calculation requests will continue to be processed as expected, but the new elements introduced in the 2026.01 release may not yet be reflected in responses. This approach is planned to ensure overall platform stability and the safe enablement of the new capabilities. Any inconsistent behavior is limited to the maintenance window. If you encounter occasional errors with the REST APIs during this activity, which may result in temporary issues with tax calculations, simply try your request again.
