Thomson Reuters will be performing an unplanned maintenance on Sunday, May 31st starting at 2:00 AM Eastern for the US AWS region. This maintenance is to upgrade database versions for required back-end services. During this time, clients hosted in the US AWS region will be able to login to their GTM instance, however, will not be able to perform any operation that involves downloading and/or uploading documents or kick off backend services such as workflows. This maintenance will take approximately 1.30 hour to complete.
