We want to inform you about a recent change in PROD regarding the application versions for Determination Enterprise Cloud. There is no action required on your part at this time. As previously communicated, version 2025.06 was released into PROD for Determination Enterprise applications AMER region earlier today, November 18th. However, due to observed performance degradation and increased latency in the Production environment after the deployment, we reverted from 2025.06 to the previous version, 2025.05. Please note that 2025.05 is currently the active version in Determination Enterprise Production.
We understand this may disrupt your workflow and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We realize that changes in production environments can be challenging, and we appreciate your patience as we work to improve your experience. Our team is working diligently to resolve the performance issues and ensure a smooth release.
Here are the key updates:
• The reversion from version 2025.06 to 2025.05 in PROD occurred today after the AMER region deployment. • The enhancements and issues addressed in version 2025.06 are not yet available in PROD and remain applicable in UAT. • Version 2025.06 will be released to PROD on November 20 for Determination Enterprise Cloud (AWS EMEA, AWS AMER, OCI AMER). • For details on the enhancements and fixes in this release, please review the 2025.06 Determination Enterprise Release Notes.
