The first part of the DR testing event is completed. Our customers can start accessing the tax calculation service, and the TR hosted integrations until 5 AM CDT. We will begin the final part of the DR testing at 5 AM, at which time the tax calculation service and integrations will not be available until 8 AM. If the system is available before the scheduled completion time, we will send out an email to notify you.

This is a reminder that, in conjunction with ONESOURCE Platform DR testing event, on June 18, 2021, from 8 p.m. CDT to 8 a.m. CDT, June 19, (for 12 hours) the IDT team will be performing disaster recovery testing (DR).
On Friday, June 18, 2021, from 8 p.m. CDT to Saturday 8 a.m. CDT, June 19, our team will be performing disaster recovery testing (DR) designed to ensure the disaster recovery plan (DRP) and business continuity plan (BCP) is fully functional and the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax solution can be used by your business in the unlikely event of a disaster.
