UPDATE: : In our previous communication, we informed you about the 6-hour maintenance window during which you would not able to access the tax calculation service in the AMER region production environment. However, the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax team has provided a solution to allow our customers to have uninterrupted access to the tax calculation service during database migration maintenance window, with certain limitations. ONESOURCE Indirect Tax is planning a database migration event for the ONESOURCE Determination – Enterprise cloud in the AMER Production environment on Friday February 18, 2022. During the migration window, customers will not be able to access a) the ONESOURCE Indirect Tax user interface starting at 8 PM CST and b) the ONESOURCE Determination tax calculation service starting at 11 PM CST until the completion of the migration at 5 AM CST.
