ONESOURCE Indirect Tax is performing disaster recovery (DR) testing for the ONESOURCE Global Tax Services Integration for SAP on August 09, 2025.
This DR testing will impact the ONESOURCE Determination – Enterprise cloud customers who are hosted into the following environments:
• AWS AMER region
Please review the details below and share the information with your IT department.
The ONESOURCE Determination user interface will be inaccessible starting from 12:01 AM. As a result, the integration configuration & logs will be inaccessible until the completion of the maintenance.
There is no downtime for the tax calculation services.
Thomson Reuters maintains the status of all the ONESOURCE applications on the System Page. Once the testing is completed, the indicators next to the products that participate in the DR testing will be changed from red to green, indicating the application is up and running in Production.
