ONESOURCE Determination Enterprise Cloud will undergo emergency database maintenance in the UAT EMEA environment on October 24, 2026, from 3:00 AM to 9:00 AM CDT. There will be no impact to the SOAP or REST APIs during this maintenance — tax calculation services remain fully available throughout. The only impact is to the application user interface, which will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours, between 3:00 AM and 5:00 AM CDT.
