To provide a better user experience for our customers, Thomson Reuters is performing an infrastructure upgrade for the Reports module in the ONESOURCE Determination Production Environment on Saturday February 20, 2021.
This maintenance will not incur downtime to the ONESOURCE Determination Tax Calculation Engine. However, during the maintenance window, ONESOURCE Determination – Original Cloud and Original Dedicated Cloud customers in the AMER region will not be able to access the Reports function.
