Over the last few years, Thomson Reuters has been enhancing account security to ensure the best protection for customers; as such, Thomson Reuters has been implementing MFA for all customers. As part of the version 17.0 release this weekend, Thomson Reuters will be enforcing MFA; currently, it is available as an ‘opt-in’ feature. Customers will be able to ‘opt out’ of this newly enforced MFA feature. Please note that MFA is applicable at the client level and not at the user level. Therefore, if you ‘opt-out,’ it will be disabled for all user accounts under your client profile. If you wish to ‘opt out,’ please contact your customer support team using the following phone numbers:

You may also opt out from MFA online by opening a support ticket here: tax.thomsonreuters.com Signon.
Please be adviesd this is applicable for clients who log in via https://web.onesourceuk.thomsonreuters.com/logon/LogonPoint/tmindex.html. It is not applicable for clients who log in via the ONESOURCE Platform.
You will need to download and install either the Microsoft Authenticator or Google Authenticator app via the Play Store or Apple AppStore.
In order to successfully sign into your Citrix account, you will need to pair a device by logging in at https://web.onesourceuk.thomsonreuters.com/manageotp. Once paired, you will log in via https://web.onesourceuk.thomsonreuters.com/logon/LogonPoint/tmindex.html using your credentials and inputting the passcode on your paired device.
