Scheduled

We will be updating the Integration Point wildcard/SSL certificate on August 17, 2026, at 9 AM Eastern. After this update, if you have certificates hard coded in your ERP or feed systems, you will need to download the new certificate. Please wait until after 9 AM Eastern on the 17th to attempt this download.

Steps to update:
1. To retrieve the updated certificate, you navigate to the endpoint in a browser. (example: https://CLIENTNAME.integrationpoint.net)
2. In the address bar there will be a padlock to the left of the URL. Click on the padlock
3. This will give you a drop down, choose Connection is secure option.
4. Then click the certificate icon in the upper right corner . This will give you a pop-up.
5. Click Details tab, and then export in the bottom right corner to download/export the updated certificate.

PLEASE NOTE – the new certificate you download/export should have an expiration date of February 2027. If it doesn’t, please try again as you may have tried to download before we were able to deploy the new certificate.

If you would like to get the certificate in advanced, please submit a ticket to IntegrationPoint@ThomsonReuters.com and it will be sent to you.
