ONESOURCE Indirect Tax team is scheduling an emergency maintenance tonight (May 10, 2022) to immediately address an issue identified in the ONESOURCE Determination – Enterprise cloud AMER Production environment. This 30-minute maintenance will begin at 9 PM CDT tonight (May 10, 2022). Customers might experience an interruption with connections to the tax calculation service for no more than 2 minutes at the beginning of the maintenance window. We apologize for this inconvenience caused to our customers.
