ONESOURCE Determination (Enterprise Cloud and Determination Anywhere) will undergo emergency database maintenance in the PROD AMER environment on October 25, 2026, from 2:00 AM to 2:00 PM CDT. There will be no impact to the SOAP or REST APIs during this maintenance — tax calculation services remain fully available throughout. The only impact is to the application user interface, which will be unavailable for approximately 2.5 hours, between 2:00 AM and 4:30 AM CDT.
