ONESOURCE Platform will be undergoing database upgrade in APAC for a backend service on Saturday February 8th , 07:00 AM CDT to 10:00 AM CDT.
During this maintenance window, within the initial 1 hour there will be 30 minutes of downtime for email notifications to ONESOURCE users.
•Email notifications such as password reset email and registration email will be unavailable for 30 minutes. But users will receive their email notifications after the downtime.
•Within ONESOURCE Platform, the alerts page will throw error during those 30 minutes.
