Upcoming Network Configuration Update for GTM Customers

On October 31, 2026, Thomson Reuters will be updating the network infrastructure used by ONESOURCE Global Trade Management (GTM). As part of this change, the IP addresses used by GTM to communicate with customer environments will be updated.

Who is affected?
You are only affected if your organization restricts access based on approved (whitelisted) IP addresses for GTM integrations or connectivity. If you are unsure whether this applies to your organization, please share this notice with your IT or network administration team.

New IP Ranges
Beginning October 31, 2026, outbound GTM traffic will originate from the following Thomson Reuters IP ranges:
• 164.57.0.0/17
• 164.57.128.0/18
• 164.57.224.0/19

Action Required
• If your organization currently whitelists GTM IP addresses, your IT or network team must update your allow lists to include the IP ranges above by October 31, 2026.
• Failure to make this update may result in GTM integrations or connectivity being disrupted after the change is implemented.
• If your organization does not use IP whitelisting for GTM access or integrations, no action is required.

Important Note
You can add these new IP ranges at any time prior to October 31, 2026, and leave the current ones in place. Please do not remove the current IP ranges until after November 1, 2026.
