ONESOURCE Determination Enterprise Cloud will undergo emergency database maintenance in the PROD EMEA environment on October 24, 2026, from 6:00 PM to 11:59 PM CDT. There will be no impact to the SOAP or REST APIs during this maintenance — tax calculation services remain fully available throughout. The only impact is to the application user interface, which will be unavailable for approximately 2 hours, between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM CDT.
