This is to inform you of upcoming ONESOURCE Platform maintenance activities in the APAC region, which may have a downstream impact on ONESOURCE Trusts (OST).
The maintenance window is scheduled for Saturday, 15th August 1:30 AEST to 02:30 AEST (up to 1 hour).
Within this window, the expected service downtime is from 1:30 AEST to 2:00 AEST (up to 30 minutes), during which ONESOURCE Trusts and other ONESOURCE applications hosted in the APAC region may be unavailable.
This is an infrastructure-only maintenance activity, and there are no changes to product functionality expected.
We apologise for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience as we complete these essential platform improvements.
