Thomson Reuters deploys monthly security patches for the servers into the UAT and production environments for ONESOURCE Determination – Enterprise cloud in the AMER region.
During the 2.5-hour maintenance window, you will be able to access the ONESOURCE Determination tax engine. However, at the beginning of the maintenance window (8:30 pm US Central time), you might experience a loss of connectivity of no more than two minutes due to the switchover of the servers.
