During the deployment of release version 2022.2 in the EMEA production environment, an unplanned outage of 17 minutes was incurred to the tax calculation service, causing connectivity issues to our customers that we are hosting in the EMEA region. The outage started at 3:08 PM and the issue was resolved at 3:25 PM CDT. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to our customers. A root cause analysis will be available to our customers within 5 business days.
